Conference Excursion

A trip to Glendalough (http://www.glendalough.ie/) is planned on the afternoon of Wednesday, 13 June 2018. Glendalough (or the valley of two lakes), in County Wicklow, some 40km south of Dublin, is one of Ireland’s most famous touristic attractions. Located in a glaciated valley with two lakes, the Glendalough site is a fascinating early Christian settlement in a spectacular natural location, founded by Saint Kevin in the 6th century.

The Excursion is offered free of charge to participants who paid the registration fee. Accompanying persons will pay €10 on the first day of the conference.
