Registration
For those invited to the full registration, the registration fee is set at €200 for all participants (early bird) This includes:
- Programme booklet and Abstracts
- Campus Accommodation (Three Nights)
- Certificate of attendance
- Light refreshments
- Lunches
- Welcome reception
- Excursion and dinner

To ensure smooth organization of the meeting, the organizers would ask gratefully for the registration fee to be paid if possible by the close of the early-bird registration period. Registration after this date is possible, but will be payable at the higher rate of €300.
Campus accommodation
The registration fee includes campus accommodation for three nights (Sunday June 9th, Monday June 10th, and Tuesday June 11th). Accommodation will be in UCD Residences.
Campus accommodation - ThermaSMART midterm review
Participants in the ThermaSMART midterm review on Thursday June 13th can avail of campus accommodation on two nights (Wednesday June 12th, Thursday June 13th). This has already been booked, and will be at the same UCD Residences as above.
