Abstract Submission
Abstract submission opens on Monday January 21st 2019.
The written abstract should be in English. It should contain the title of the proposed presentation, the speaker's name, any other authors, and the author affiliations. In total it should amount to no more than one page MS Word or pdf. Abstracts will be reviewed and an invitation for full registration will be sent out thereafter. The abstracts will be published as a hardcopy and an electronic version.

Abstract Submission - Specific Instructions
Abstract submission has now closed (February 22nd 2019).
For participants who have received an invitation to attend the symposium from the Scientific Committee, abstract review is pro-forma. Other participants will have their abstracts reviewed by the Scientific Committee. If successful, a notification of abstract acceptance will be given in March 2019.
The organizing committee will be in touch on March 23rd to announce the opening of registration. Registration will enable participants to confirm their participation in the symposium, and to proceed with the payment of the registration fee.
