Instructions for participants coming from Dublin Airport

There is an Aircoach bus stop at the exit of each of the terminals T1 and T2 (it works all day 24/7). Take the Aircoach bus that goes to Leopardstown (also known as Service 700). Ask the driver to go into UCD and the driver should drop you very close to the Summer@UCD accommodation.

There are two ways to pay for this trip:

(a) Online in advance at: aircoach.ie/booking. Bring the printed booking confirmation and show it to the driver.

(b) By cash, directly at the bus stop.

You can buy a return trip in both cases.

Instructions for all participants staying at the UCD accommodations

Once you are at UCD, use the map to guide you to the reception desk of Summer@UCD accommodation (open all day 24/7). You will need to provide them with your name and they will guide you to your room. Please double-check your departure date with the receptionist and if there are any problems please let us know.

You will be able to check in from 3pm at the UCD Merville reception. Check out will be strictly on or before 10am. Otherwise we will be charged for additional day(s).

Useful info: There is a CENTRA supermarket near the reception desk. Also, you can find the reception desk (Merville residences) and the ESGI venue (UCD Science Centre East) on Google maps.
