Abstract: We study two classes of elliptic inequalities in the whole space involving fourth order differential operators of Laplace and bi-Laplace type with nonlocal convolution terms. We discuss the existence and nonexistence of classical non-negative solutions in terms of various parameters and exponents. The approach relies on various estimates combined with the weak Harnack inequality.
