Further information

Abstract: In this talk, first we survey the main classes of ``quasiworld'': quasiconformal, quasiregular, quasisymmetric, quasimœbius mappings, etc. In the mapping theory of higher dimensions, there are employed three main approaches: analytic, modular and metric. We discuss all of them and present our recent results relating to Teichmúller's theorem on separating rings in higher dimensions, removability and distortion estimates for mappings with controlled $p$-moduli, extremal bound estimates for planar quasireqular mappings. All the results will be illustrated by appropriate examples.

(This talk is part of the Analysis series.)
