Towards an algebraic formula for the coefficients of half-integral weight harmonic Maass forms

Abstract: In 2011, Bruinier and Ono found an algebraic formula for the partition function p(n) using a theta lift. Here we generalize their lift to other weights and indicate how this leads to algebraic formulas for the coefficients of forms of half-integral weight. This is work in progress.
