Abstract: Brief CV: Prof. Rowlands is an expert in Plasma Theory and Fluid Dynamics, with more than 160 publications, totalling more than 1600 citations. In addition, he co-authored the top-cited book (+400) entitled "Nonlinear Waves, Solitons and Chaos" (CUP, 1990).
