Realization of Nilpotent Groups with Restricted Ramification over Number Fields

Abstract: For a fixed number field $K$ and a finite group $G$, let $Ram_K(G)$ be the minimum number of primes ramified in $L$,
as $L$ runs over extensions of $K$ with Galois group $G$. We obtain an upper bound for $Ram_K(G)$ in case when G is a
nilpotent group.
