Title: Strong pseudoconvexity in Banach spaces

Abstract: I will start by discussing domains of holomorphy in several complex variables, which are well known for presenting an obstruction to a proper holomorphic continuation. Then I will move on to presenting strongly pseudoconvex domains as certain types of domains of holomorphy. My main work behind this talk is extending the known notion of strong pseudoconvexity to the case when the boundary does not have two degrees of smoothness, and in turn to the case when the underlying space is infinite-dimensional. I will show this along with general properties and examples of strongly pseudoconvex domains.
